This Refund Policy governs the services provided by Xelevante ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. Our services consist of digital marketing, advertising management, creative services, and strategic consulting, which are intangible and delivered online.
Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any services purchased.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The marketing and advertising industry is inherently dynamic and subject to factors beyond our direct control. While we are committed to providing high-quality services and strategic guidance, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The success of any marketing campaign depends on numerous variables, including but not limited to market conditions, audience behavior, platform algorithm changes, and the Client's product or service.
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that we make no warranties or representations regarding the results that may be obtained. The Client understands that our role is to provide strategic and operational support, and we shall not be held liable for the performance of any marketing campaigns or the return on investment (ROI).
3. Client's Responsibility and Acknowledgment
The Client is solely responsible for all advertising expenditures and any other costs incurred in connection with the marketing campaigns. Our fees cover the provision of our services only and do not include any third-party advertising costs.
By purchasing our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. The Client agrees that all payments made to Xelevante are final and non-refundable, irrespective of the performance or outcome of the services rendered. This policy is a material term of the agreement between Xelevante and the Client.
4. Service Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, our services are considered to be initiated. The resources, time, and expertise allocated to the Client's project are immediately engaged. As such, we cannot issue refunds once a service has been purchased.
If a Client chooses to terminate a service before the end of a service period, they will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of the fees already paid.
